Unhelpful and unfriendly.Despite having shopped here many times for personal and work items, my most recent experience here was dismal. I asked for some form of protection on a framed picture I had just bought I only to be told if I wanted additional protection I should of asked for it in advance. No smile, absolutely no customer service, and as a result, I will not shop here again.
